The Diversity audit is confidential, flexible and tailored to meet your business requirements and needs. An example of the service includes:

1st stage - An initial review of the company's relevant policies and procedures, for example recruitment.

2nd stage - Discussions with relevant members of your staff to look at day-to-day practices and ways that specific policies are applied in the workplace.

3rd stage -The diversity specialist will provide a detailed and confidential report to include recommendations for adapting policies, introducing strategies to address gaps and outlining current legal requirements.

4th stage - A review will be offered by the diversity specialists after a six month period to provide ongoing support and to monitor progress.

The Diversity Specialists all have proven track records in assisting organisations to develop and implement diversity and equality strategies and policies. They have expertise and skills to produce action plans that will incorporate diversity in employment practices and service delivery.
